Starting therapy takes courage, and my goal is to make that step feel safe, supportive, and free of judgment. I work with older teens, adults, couples, and families who want to feel less overwhelmed and more confident in themselves and their relationships.
I believe everyone has the ability to improve self-esteem, manage emotions more effectively, and develop stronger coping skills. My style is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. I combine insight with practical, evidence-based tools to help you move forward.
I also hold a degree in Accounting and bring that background to support individuals and couples around financial wellness, budgeting, and life planning. My approach is integrative — I draw from traditional evidence-based models as well as somatic work, EFT, and sound healing.
