I believe everyone has the ability to improve self-esteem, manage emotions more effectively, and develop stronger coping skills. My style is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. I combine insight with practical, evidence-based tools to help you move forward.

Anthony brings a rare combination of clinical training, corporate experience, and personal resilience to his therapeutic work. He specializes in couples, men in crisis, and individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds — with a particular focus on Asian and immigrant communities where vulnerability can be hard to express.

Before transitioning into mental health, Anthony spent nearly two decades in corporate marketing, public relations, and hospitality leadership across Hong Kong, Singapore, New York, and Boston. That background continues to inform his work with clients navigating workplace stress, burnout, career transitions, and identity-related challenges.

Anthony's decision to pursue mental health work was shaped by his own experience supporting his son through an OCD diagnosis. He is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, allowing him to support Chinese-speaking individuals and families with both clinical skill and cultural fluency.

He takes a collaborative, down-to-earth approach to therapy, helping clients develop practical tools while creating a space where they feel genuinely understood and supported.

Before becoming a therapist, Daniel spent more than two decades in the music industry as the singer of Bedlight For Blue Eyes and continued working throughout the live entertainment world. That experience gives him a unique perspective on performance pressure, career transitions, identity, and resilience, while allowing him to connect naturally with clients from a wide range of backgrounds and professions.

Daniel believes that meaningful change begins with authentic connection. His work combines evidence-based clinical care with curiosity, empathy, and a genuine commitment to helping people build healthier, more fulfilling lives.
