Starting therapy takes courage, and my goal is to make that step feel safe, supportive, and free of judgment. I work with older teens, adults, couples, and families who want to feel less overwhelmed and more confident in themselves and their relationships.
I believe everyone has the ability to improve self-esteem, manage emotions more effectively, and develop stronger coping skills. My style is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. I combine insight with practical, evidence-based tools to help you move forward. Together, we'll work toward clarity, resilience, and lasting change.
Therapy should offer a safe place to process emotions around past hurt and shame. I create a warm, relational environment where all the parts of you are welcome with curiosity and compassion. I utilize an eclectic approach and am trained in traditional models but also incorporate alternative modalities such as EFT, Somatic work, and Sound Healing.
I also hold a degree in Accounting and bring that background to support individuals and couples around financial wellness, budgeting, and life planning.
