About This Service
Life transitions therapy provides structured support for the emotional, psychological, and practical challenges that come with major life changes. Even positive transitions — a new job, a marriage, a move — can trigger grief, anxiety, identity questions, and uncertainty.
At SRG Therapy Group, we work with clients at every stage of life navigating transitions of every kind. Our approach combines practical coping tools with deeper exploration of meaning, identity, and what comes next.

How We Help
Our clinicians are trained in multiple evidence-based modalities and tailor treatment to each individual client.
We provide space to grieve what has been lost — relationships, roles, futures, versions of yourself — and move through loss at your own pace without judgment.
Major transitions often raise identity questions: Who am I now? What do I want? Therapy helps you explore and construct new answers grounded in your values.
Evidence-based tools for managing anxiety, depression, and overwhelm that often accompany transition — building resilience and day-to-day functioning.
We help you identify and build on your existing strengths, and develop concrete plans for moving forward with clarity and confidence.
